Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 1/2cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Chocolate Base
  • 2cup semisweet chocolate
  • 3/4 – 1cup cocoa powder
  • 3sticks unsalted butter
The Rest
  • 2 1/2cup cane sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2tsp vanilla (the good kind)
The Extra
  • 1/2 – 3/4cup semisweet chocolate
  • 1cup peanut butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9×13 glass baking dish and put to the side. Combine the flour and salt in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Take all of the “Chocolate Base” ingredients and dump into a sauce pan and turn heat on low. Stir until everything is melted and combined, then take the pan off the heat to cool down.
  3. Add sugar and eggs into a large bowl and combine using an electric mixer. You will want to go at a medium-medium high speed for 5 minutes. You want the mixture to be fully combined and a little fluffy. Beat in the vanilla.
  4. With a spatula, you will add the dry ingredients and combine. Then slowly add in the chocolate mixture until fully combined. Then add in the remaining chocolate.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared glass dish and swirl in the peanut butter, doesn’t need to be pretty. Bake the brownie mixture in the oven until middle is set, about 45-55 minutes. Once baked, pull out the brownies and set aside for 30 minutes to cool. Then drizzle extra peanut butter and enjoy.
Recipe Notes

Avoid using peanut butter with added sugar, you really want peanut butter that is just peanuts and maybe salt, but that’s it! It will make these brownies go weird…
