Mince the garlic and roughly chop the kale. Add the olive oil to the pan and heat to medium. Add garlic and saute and be careful not to let it burn. Add the kale and increase the heat to medium-high.
Cook down for a few minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Let it cook for a few more minutes. In the final minute of cooking, add the vinegar and toss. Remove from pan and enjoy.
